The present general conditions expressly aim to regulate the conditions applicable to the contracting processes carried out by users "Customer" of the website https://www.supershippingwoo.com.
These conditions will remain in force and valid for as long as they are accessible through the website, without prejudice to Rafael Gallego Trillo reserving the right to modify the general conditions, as well as any of the legal texts found on the website, without prior notice. In any case, accessing the website after its modification, inclusion, and/or substitution implies the user's acceptance of them.
The customer is subject to the current general conditions at the time of carrying out the corresponding contracting, and it is not possible to contract any service without the prior acceptance of these general contracting conditions.
PARTIES INVOLVED
The electronic contracting process through the website will be carried out between the "Customer" and "Rafael Gallego Trillo."
Those consumers who are individuals and register through the established form by filling in their name, last name, address, city, country, state, postal code, email, and password, and have made the corresponding payment to access the purchased infoproduct, will be considered "Customer" of the website.
RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
Rafael Gallego Trillo reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at his own discretion or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions.
WHAT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DOES THIS WEBSITE OFFER
Super Shipping for WooCommerce plugin designed to configure shipping costs for online stores.
The price varies depending on the type of license:
- BASIC (Yearly payment): with a price of 39€ (excluding taxes), including a license for one domain and 1 year of support and updates.
- PROFFESIONAL (Yearly payment): with a price of 99€ (excluding taxes), including a license for 10 domains and 1 year of support and updates.
- AGENCY (Yearly payment): with a price of 149€ (excluding taxes), including a license for 100 domains and 1 year of support and updates.
- BASIC (One payment): with a price of 149€ (excluding taxes), including a license for 1 domain, 1 year of support and unlimited updates.
- AGENCY (One payment): with a price of 399€ (excluding taxes), including a license for 1000 domains, 1 year of support and unlimited updates.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment will be made through any of the following methods:
Debit or credit card, for which the user must provide the cardholder's name, number, expiration date, and CVV.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEW
The annual payment license entitles you to one year of support and updates, as well as the indefinite use of the plugin even if the year of support and updates has expired. To continue having the right to support and updates, the customer must renew the license at the end of the year, which requires making a new payment. This payment will be automatically processed, charging the customer's card used for the initial order. Upon renewal, the customer will receive a notification that the charge has been made.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The customer has a button available in their user area on the website to perform this action whenever they wish.
ABOUT PLUGIN LICENSES
The purchase of Super Shipping for WooCommerce grants the Customer the right to use it under the terms specified in this license, but the source code remains the intellectual property of Rafael Gallego Trillo and is protected by current intellectual property laws.
WHAT DOES THE PURCHASE OF THE PLUGIN ENTITLE YOU TO?
- Updates, according to the specified time limit in the purchased license.
- Support for any issues related to the installation and/or operation of the plugin, according to the specified time limit in the purchased license.
- A 15-day money-back guarantee.
- The plugin can be installed and used on any websites developed, managed, or operated by the Customer, whether they belong to the Customer or their clients. However, the license can only be activated for the number of domains specified in the purchased license.
WHAT CAN'T YOU DO WITH THE PLUGINS?
You cannot sell or market them in any way. Reselling or distributing them without authorization from Rafael Gallego Trillo is strictly prohibited.
Rafael Gallego Trillo reserves the right to take appropriate measures in case it is discovered that the infoproduct sold on this website is being used unlawfully or illegitimately.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND GUARANTEE
It is important to note that when consuming a digital product, such as the offered products, at the time of purchase, you will lose your right of withdrawal, except in cases where, for plugins, it is entirely incompatible with the offered features or differs from what is established on the plugin's explanatory page.
Super Shipping for WooCommerce has been tested in various scenarios, although due to the diversity of plugins and templates available for WordPress, it is possible that not everything will work perfectly all the time and issues may arise.
In the event of a technical issue that cannot be resolved and renders the plugin unusable, a full refund for that plugin will be issued. However, the Customer should be aware of these conditions:
- You must ensure they are not using outdated versions of WordPress or WooCommerce. In these cases, the proper functioning of the plugin cannot be guaranteed, and the refund guarantee does not apply, as the malfunction would not be due to the plugin, but to outdated versions of WordPress or WooCommerce.
- Refunds will not be issued based on "I thought the plugin did A, but it actually does B." All plugin functionalities are detailed on the purchase page and in the Documentation, clearly stating what exactly it does. If there are doubts, it is best to contact Support.
- It is not possible to provide refunds for technical issues if the customer does not allow me to attempt to resolve them. Each plugin includes personal Support, and I will be happy to review and resolve any issues that may arise. But if the Customer does not allow this, I cannot do anything.
- The request for a refund must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If a refund is ultimately necessary, the right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending an email to info@supershippingwoo.com indicating name and address, and requesting the refund of the paid amount, which will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of such communication.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, customers must cancel their subscription from their user area on the website before the renewal payment date occurs.
PERSONAL DATA USE
All information provided during the contracting process will be stored by Rafael Gallego Trillo in his capacity as the responsible party for the file.
Likewise, unless the customer has expressly objected, the user expressly consents to the processing of their personal data to send information of interest, news, and offers about products and services through any means, including email.
To unsubscribe from advertising communications, you can do so by sending an email to info@supershippingwoo.com.
APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
The relationship between Rafael Gallego Trillo and the CUSTOMER will be governed by the current Spanish regulations, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville, unless the applicable Law dictates otherwise.
